Adminssion

Admission is open to boys only. Selection of students is done in a random method as per availability of seats. Forms are available and may be deposited from dt.21.02.2011 to dt.16.03.2011. Selection will be made in presence of the students and guardians on dt.17.03.2011(Class VIII) and dt.18.03.2011(Class VI, VII).

The following fees and charges are payable at the time of admission:-

(B) Dues for other months:
Dues for June should be deposited on or before the school reopening day and for other months to be paid by 10th of the months, failing which Rs 100 per month will be charged as late fine.

 

 

(C) For the students who are already on the roll, the following dues are to be paid on or before 10th April2011.

 

(D) Thereafter, positively by the 10th of every month, the dues for the month as detailed below shall be deposited.

 

(E) Fees once deposited are not refundable under any circumstances except caution money of Rs 2000.

All dues should be paid at the cash counter of the school during office hours against which valid receipts will be issued. None else is authorized to receive cash. The School is not a commercial institution. Hence the fees and other charges are fixed and collected as per the actual expenditure on account of food provided to the students, remuneration paid to the teachers and maintenance of the school buildings etc.
The above rates of fees and charges may be revised with general rise in prices from time to time.

The monthly fees are to be paid for all the twelve months of the year.

 

(F) Mode of Payment
The monthly fees of each month are payable by the 15th of the previous month i.e. fees for the month of April are to be paid by 15th of March. No remission is allowed for absence during holidays or for other reasons. However, if a student remains absent continuously for more than 30days with the prior permission of the H.M., an exemption of Rs.1000.00 towards his mess dues may be allowed. If the monthly fees are not paid latest by the 10th of the month, late fine at @ 100 per month will be charged for such default. If the dues are not paid latest by 10th of the next month with late fine, the school authorities may send the student back to his parents, debiting the traveling charges to his account.

Guardians are further requested to produce the last receipt issued by the school while making their subsequent payments at the cash counter. Those who make payment by demand drafts or money order will please quote the students ledger number.

 

(G) Personal expenses account of students
A separate account is kept for the expenditure incurred by the students for items such as toilet articles, reading & writing materials etc. A statement of account will be available for information of the students at the end of each term. A deposit of Rs.300.OO will be collected when the student is first admitted and thereafter, a credit balance of at least Rs.100.OO should be maintained. The personal expenses and medical expenses of the boys will be debited to this account. Besides the above amount, the parents / guardians are requested not to provide any other pocket money to their sons/wards.
