For getting feedback about academic Performances of the students and taking remedial measures, parents - teachers meets are held twice during an academic session for each class on second Sundays of the months as per the following Programme:

• 2nd Sunday April - Class x 2nd Sunday Nov - Class x
  
• 2nd Sunday July - Class IX 2nd Sunday Dec. - Class IX
  
• 2nd Sunday Aug. - Class VIII 2nd Sunday Jan - Class VIII
  
• 2nd Sunday Sept. - Class VII 2nd Sunday Feb. - Class VII
  
• 2nd Sunday Oct. - Class Vi 2nd Sunday March - Class VI

Parents/guardians are requested to attend such meets on the above fixed days and offer their valuable practical suggestions for better performance of their sons/wards in the school.No further communication is to be maid in this regards.
