After admission
The School Management believes that, without proper discipline, the objective of one’s life cannot be achieved. Hence, the students are required to be obedient and respectful to their teachers and elders. They should be punctual in performing their daily duties in the hostel as well as in the School namely, leaving bed, attending to morning and evening prayers in the shrine, attending classes, study in the room, taking food in the dining hall and play in the play ground as per the fixed time table. It is desirable that these habits should also receive encouragement in the homes of the students. A written undertaking to this effect signed by the student and his parents / guardian has to be furnished before admission.
Visits by the guardians
Frequent visits and making telephone calls to students by guardians are discouraged. They may visit their wards only on 1st and 3rd Sundays from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 pm. of a month Guardians will kindly meet their wards in the visitors’ room of the school or in a suitable place inside the school campus. They are particularly requested not to visit their wards in their rooms or to enter other rooms in the Hostels. No parents I guardian is allowed to stay in the campus at night. They are also requested not to present any food items to their sons/wards while visiting them. Parents/ guardians are also requested not to give any cash to their sons / wards, whether the money is meant for payment to the school or for their personal use. The money should, in all cases, be paid directly to the office of the school and receipt obtained. No student is allowed to use articles like costly fountain pen, wristwatch, etc. during his stay here. Serious disciplinary action will be taken in case of any violation.
Withdrawal of students before completion of the course
It is expected that once a student is admitted, he will continue in the school until he has completed his course. If parents I guardian finds it necessary to withdraw his son/ward, he will kindly inform the Headmaster of the school by 25th March, if not earlier. If the guardian wants to withdraw the student within the academic session, he is required to deposit the school annual fees along with other school dues.if the authorities of the school request parents I guardian to withdraw his son/ward form the school for any reason(which may or may not be disclosed) at any time of the year, the parent/guardian will have to comply with the said request.
Removal of student from the school.
The Headmaster reserves the right to remove any student from the school with out prior notice whose conduct is,in his opinion, against the discipline of the school.Immorality in word or deed, willful damage to the school property, grave insubordination, unsatisfactory progress in studies, lack of diligence, use of unfair means in the examination, bringing dangerous articles, callous attitude towards school regulations, absence for a longer duration(for 15 days or more) which is not adequately explained are sufficient grounds for removal of a student.
The Headmaster is the sole judge regarding the removal of a student.
Involvement of parents
The parents entrust their children to S.C.B. High School to make them ideal persons in life. They, for that purpose, should cooperate with the school management with their total involvement, which calls for a real understanding of the school's philosophy. The parent/guardians should be the living example of the values taught and inculcated into their sons/wards.They should inform their Headmaters, the teachers, and the concern House Master/Brahmachari about the peculiar health, and psychological problems of their son/words for proper understanding and the needful action. They should help in the growth and development of their sons/wards in the school.
We are instiling new thoughts into the students.By getting new thoughts for nobel and prosperous life, they develop good habits by regular practice. Our observations revel that our students discontinue the ethical and spiritual practices during holidays at homes.Parents/guardians will have to take interest to ensure that their children should also take vegetarian food and continue spiritual practices at home.
