Payment

The monthly fees of each month are payable by the 15th of the previous month i.e. fees for the month of April are to be paid by 15th of March. No remission is allowed for absence during holidays or for other reasons. However, if a student remains absent continuously for more than 30days with the prior permission of the H.M., an exemption of Rs.900.00 towards his mess dues may be allowed. If the monthly fees are not paid latest by the 10th of the month, 10% penalty will be charged for such default. If the dues are not paid latest by 10th of the next month with penalty, the school authorities may send the student back to his parents, debiting the traveling charges to his account.

Guardians are further requested to produce the last receipt issued by the school while making their subsequent payments at the cash counter. Those who make payment by demand drafts or money order will please quote the students ledger number.

4.45a.m. : Prayer hall
5.00 a.m. to 5.15 a.m.: Prayer
5.15 a.m. to 5.45 a.m.: Yoga and meditation
5.45 a.m. to 6.00 a.m.: Karma Yoga & Room cleaning.
6.00 a.m. to 7.30 a.m.: Study in the hostel.
07.30 a.m. to 8.00 a.m. : Break fast
8.00 a.m. to 8.20 a.m. : Preparation for School
08.20 a.m. : Warning Bell for School Study
08. 30 a.m. to 08.40 a.m. : Prayer
8.45a.m. to 9.30a.m.-    1st Period
9.30a.m. to 10.15a.m.-     2nd Period
10.15a.m. to 11.00a.m.-     3rd Period

Vacation

There are three major vacations -- the Summer Vacation, the Puja Vacation and the X-Mas Holidays. Boys are allowed to go home during these vacations. During other holidays of short duration, they are not allowed to go home. Boys must return by the scheduled dates when they visit home during aforesaid vacations. If a boy fails to do so, a fine of Rs.50/- per day for the period of overstay will be imposed. If he is detained due to illness, a medical certificate together with an application to that effect should be submitted on the date of his return to the school.

Leave

Special leave is seldom granted during the school term as it interferes with the normal routine of classes and studies. Emergent leave may be granted in case of serious illness or death of close relatives or, for marriage of the direct relatives of the family. Leave on other grounds is not allowed. No boy is allowed to leave the School campus alone.


Personal expenses

A separate account is kept for the expenditure incurred by the students for items such as toilet articles, reading & writing materials etc. A statement of account will be available for information of the students at the end of each term. A deposit of Rs.300.OO will be collected when the student is first admitted and thereafter, a credit balance of at least Rs.100.OO should be maintained. The personal expenses and medical expenses of the boys will be debited to this account. Besides the above amount, the parents / guardians are requested not to provide any other pocket money to their sons/wards.
